When you visit Italy with students you can be sure that the experience will be successful and this time the Italian team has not let us down.

In Taranto and surroundings we have learnt about how tradition and new technologies or new ideas help industry to keep on developing, as we have seen in an biologic oil factory, a winery or a "masseria" where we tasted traditional products just made. We have also learnt how industry can damage environment and had reflected on this problem.
